  • Value-Add Design: Identified a hidden full-sized cellar during demolition. Strategically utilised this space to reposition the bathroom and utility, immediately converting the ground unit from a planned 2.5-Bed to a highly desirable full 3-Bedroom flat.
  • Planning Flexibility: Successfully navigated initial planning refusal on the upper flat for a roof terrace by quickly resubmitting a revised scheme, securing approval for the new 3-Bedroom Flat without major delay.
  • Market Success: Both flats were finished to a luxury specification, leading to exceptional market performance: the ground floor sold instantly, and the upper flat sold in just three weeks.
