Scope: Full internal refurbishment and reconfiguration of a very old, untouched flat into a desirable 3-Bedroom, 2-Bathroom unit.
Initial Acquisition: Purchased at auction from a private landlord, whose 50-year ownership meant the flat was ripe for modernisation and value-add design.
Exit: Sold for £1,060,000, achieving a strong price point for the area.

Innovative Design Win: Opted against a standard loft extension (which would have compromised ceiling height) and instead installed a new roof with vaulted ceilings and exposed steel.

Build Efficiency: Achieved the high-spec construction quickly, with clever internal vaulted roof structure and VELUX installation.
Logistics Management: Successfully managed all construction logistics and site operations (deliveries, waste disposal) despite the constraints of being located on a main road.
